✅ Deep understanding of jewellery design, craftsmanship & trends

✅ Strong knowledge of jewellery business operations & supply chain

✅ Ability to define and execute brand growth strategy (online + retail)

✅ Experience leading marketing, operations, finance, and product development

✅ Skilled in team building, partnerships, and influencer collaborations

✅ Corporate experience in luxury, fashion, or jewellery is a strong plus
