🧭 Position : Wellness Chef

📍 Location : Ahmedabad

📋 Reports To : Head of Culinary / Wellness Manager / Site Head

✨ Role Summary

Lead the creation and preparation of nutritious, delicious, and health-conscious meals that promote wellness and accommodate diverse dietary needs. The Wellness Chef will design innovative menus using fresh, organic ingredients, collaborate with nutrition professionals, and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation within a wellness-focused environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🍽️ Menu Planning & Development

• Design and develop balanced, nutrient-rich menus aligned with wellness principles.
• Collaborate with nutritionists / dietitians to accommodate specific dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, low-carb, and allergen-sensitive diets.
• Innovate and update recipes based on current wellness and holistic nutrition trends.
