Job Title : .NET Technical Lead

Experience : 8-12 Years

Mode of Hire : Fulltime

Role Overview :

Need skilled and experienced .NET Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in full-stack .NET development and have understanding of Azure Cloud services.

The role requires leadership in guiding a team, reviewing code, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Guide and mentor a team of 3-4 developers.
• Review code, ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and solutioning.
• Interact with stakeholders and clients for requirement gathering.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure applications are deployed and monitored effectively on Azure.
