Job Summary
To develop and lead the holiday strategy, managing key stakeholder relationships to ensure value from third-party partnerships. Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to execution while enhancing customer experience and driving profitability for the Holidays division
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire holiday product life-cycle from strategic planning to execution.
- Contract with international suppliers and oversee end-to-end product delivery.
- Design and price itineraries (FIT / GIT) across various budget categories.
- Create travel products aligned with market demand, consumer preferences, local holidays, and travel themes.
- Drive cost efficiency through effective negotiation and innovative contracting.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge and ensure adequate inventory.
- Develop competitive and unique holiday packages by monitoring competition and market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement promotional plans for destinations.
- Drive revenue by closely monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Recruit, train, and develop holiday consultants in collaboration with Training and Performance Management.
- Build strong customer relationships and lead customer engagement activities
Secondary Responsibilities :
Contribute to divisional strategies by analyzing previous sales / revenue data.Coordinate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to deliver a "WOW" factor for customers.Liaise with Marketing to ensure lead generation aligns with divisional plans.Qualification :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field
Experience :
Minimum 7+ years' experience managing travel products at a managerial level
