Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced OpenText AppWorks Developer to design, develop, and implement business process applications using the AppWorks platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management), case management, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy workflows and applications using OpenText AppWorks (formerly Cordys).

Create and manage case management solutions, forms, and business rules.

Integrate AppWorks applications with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and web services.

Implement and optimize process automation to improve business efficiency.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of AppWorks solutions.

Support and maintain existing AppWorks applications and troubleshoot issues.

Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience :

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in OpenText AppWorks Platform development.

Strong understanding of BPM, case management, and workflow design.

Experience with AppWorks entities, data models, and form building.

Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SQL, and web services (SOAP / REST).

Familiarity with OpenText Content Server, Directory Services (LDAP / AD), and integration frameworks is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
