We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with the ability to customize and enhance the platform to meet business needs. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Customize ServiceNow workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform system configuration, updates, and maintenance in ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services (SOAP / REST).

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Scripting.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Ability to work in an Agile environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
