Sales & Target Achievement : Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals by effectively promoting products and building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products including current trends materials and care to effectively advise customers.

Store Presentation : Ensure the showroom is clean well-organized and that merchandise displays are attractive and well-maintained.

Transaction Processing : Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently managing payments and issuing receipts.

Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels conduct stock checks and assist with inventory replenishment.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service handle inquiries resolve issues promptly and manage customer complaints professionally.
