Business Analyst

Job descriptionCollaborate with low-code development teams to design process models, data models, and application workflows. Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes on low-code tools. Validate feasibility of requirements within low-code platform capabilities. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews in an Agile environment. Provide clarifications to developers and ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Develop test scenarios and perform functional, UAT, and regression testing. Work with users to ensure smooth User Acceptance Testing and sign-off. Validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, SOPs, and release documentation. Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to business and technical stakeholders. Support change management and end-user training initiatives. Strong experience as a Business Analyst in low-code platforms (Appian / Mendix / OutSystems / PowerApps). Solid understanding of BPMN, workflow automation, and process re-engineering. Hands-on experience writing User Stories , Use Cases , Process Flow Diagrams , and Functional Specs . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Low-code platform certification (Appian Analyst / Mendix Rapid Developer / OutSystems Associate, etc.). Experience with SQL basics and API integrations. Exposure to RPA, BPM, or digital transformation projects.
