About the Role :

We are a rapidly growing startup , and we are seeking an enthusiastic Fresher to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking startup culture —be ready to take initiative, wear multiple hats, and quickly adapt! This is a 6-month internship position with the clear intention of converting to a full-time role based on performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources Support : Assist with freshers recruitment, manage applicant tracking, coordinate interviews, and support new hire onboarding procedures.
Product Marketing : Aid in creating engaging content for marketing materials, support social media strategy (especially ), and assist with market research for our products.
Startup Operations : Contribute proactively to ad-hoc operational tasks and projects necessary for a high-growth environment.

✨ What We're Looking For :

A recent graduate (Fresher) with a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude —highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup setting.

💰 Compensation Structure :

First 6 Months (Internship) : A fixed stipend of ₹10,000 per month .

Revision : Stipend will be strictly revised upwards and converted to a competitive full-time salary package (CTC) upon successful completion of the 6-month period and positive performance review.
