• Prepare and adapt artwork across multiple formats.
• Check files thoroughly for spelling, grammar, formatting, and design consistency.
• Ensure all deliverables are properly packaged and press-ready.
• Work closely with designers to refine layouts and resolve any technical issues.
• Maintain neat and organized file structures for handovers and archiving.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and external suppliers.
