Role Overview :
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Senior Sales & Business Development Lead to spearhead the expansion of our Clinical vertical in the US market. This is a high-impact role requiring a leader to build and deepen client relationships, drive solution sales, and grow our clinical services footprint across pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
What You'll Do :
- Establish and grow the Clinical vertical in the US by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients within pharma, biotech, and life sciences companies.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and Procurement functions.
- Lead the full sales cycle : prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with ProcDNAs senior leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, commercial partnerships, and brand positioning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including India-based delivery teams, to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
What We're Looking For :
Proven track record of winning new logos and driving revenue growth in the clinical or healthcare domain, especially within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.Deep understanding of clinical trials, R&D processes, regulatory frameworks, and pharma buying behaviors.Highly networked individual capable of engaging with senior executives and stakeholders at various organizational levels.Self-starter mindset with the ability to build a market presence from scratch in unstructured, high-growth environments.Strong collaborator with experience working across global, cross-functional teams, particularly spanning US and India time zones.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Why Join ProcDNA?
