Your work profile

As a Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations : -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production / warranty support.

Qualification :

BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech

Experience :

Minimum 5+ years of experience in user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end usability testing .

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with project manager, business analysts, and developers to design intuitive and user-centric interfaces.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD .

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance product usability and accessibility.

Develop responsive and interactive UI designs aligned with project goals and user requirements.

Ensure adherence to design guidelines, consistency, and brand standards across applications.

Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design outputs.

Skills & Competencies :

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools .

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices .

Hands-on experience in usability testing and interaction design .

Ability to convert business requirements into engaging digital experiences.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an added advantage.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Base location : Delhi (5 days work from Office)
