UX / UI Designer (Contract | Remote)

We’re looking for a highly skilled UX / UI Designer to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re passionate about creating seamless user experiences, have a strong eye for detail, and are confident in building and maintaining design systems, we’d love to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.

Conduct design reviews and ensure usability best practices are applied at every stage.

Work independently in a remote-first environment, managing time effectively and delivering on deadlines.

Adapt designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.

Report directly to the Head of Design and work closely with leadership to ensure design quality and consistency.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience as a UX / UI Designer.

Proven expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems, collaboration).

Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.

Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.

A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept to final UI).

Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with usability testing and user research.

Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Contract Details

Type : Contract basis (remote)

Location : Remote (Indian & Global applicants welcome)

Duration : [3 to 6 months, extendable]

Compensation : Competitive, based on experience and skill level

Reporting : Directly to the Head of Design
