Job Description :

Arooha Travel and Tourism is seeking a UAE Visa Consultant to join our team in Kannur The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating visa processes for travelers to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in accordance with embassy rules and regulations.

Responsibilities :

Assist clients in completing visa applications for travel to the UAE.

Ensure all visa documentation is accurate and complete.

Liaise with the UAE embassy and relevant authorities to expedite visa processing.

Keep abreast of changes in visa regulations and embassy requirements.

Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding the visa process.

Maintain detailed records of visa applications and approvals.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of travel services.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.

Qualifications :

Certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) preferred.

Basic knowledge of visa processes and embassy rules and regulations, particularly for the UAE.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
