Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Web3 Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of both marketing and product development initiatives within our Web3 ecosystem.

You will be the central hub for coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary projects—from RWA mining platforms and smart contract deployments to token launches and community-driven marketing campaigns. This role requires strong organizational skills, deep Web3 understanding, and the ability to supervise and coordinate with developers, designers, and external partners to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.

You will work directly with the Founder, taking ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Development Project Management

• Oversee Web3 platform and smart contract development projects from conception to deployment, including :
• Mining platforms
• DeFi protocols
• Tokenization solutions
• Supervise and coordinate with developers (in-house and external) to ensure technical milestones are met.
• Manage product development cycles, sprint planning, and release schedules.
• Conduct code reviews for compliance with project specifications and Web3 best practices.
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including :
• Technical specifications
• Architecture diagrams
• Deployment checklists
• Ensure smart contract security audits and compliance procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with blockchain networks and layer solutions (e.g., LayerZero, cross-chain bridges) for seamless integration.
