• Manage Complex Qlik Sense Engagement
• Lead Qlik Sense project and team of 10+ people for managing the delivery and able to manage team.
• Define and enforce governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for Qlik Sense development, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with Customer SOPC, IT Team , IT leadership, and Business Team teams to align Qlik Sense service.
• Able to manage SLA agreed with Customer.
• Oversee the administration of Qlik Sense Enterprise including server configuration, load balancing, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Manage upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Monitor usage, performance metrics, and system logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Serve as the escalation point for high-impact incidents and service interruptions.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with data engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure implementation of all compliances on Qlik server.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for support teams and business users.
• Manage vendor relationships and licensing for Qlik products and associated tools.
