Job Description – Sales Executive (B2C – Bangalore)

Reporting To : Team Leader / Branch Manager

Mellow Voyages Pvt Ltd is a growing travel company with two specialized verticals :

  • Mellow Voyages (B2C) : Offering customized domestic & international holiday packages, hotels, flights, cabs, and visa services.
  • Regal Trip India (B2B South India DMC) : Providing trusted ground-handling services and curated packages for travel agents across India and overseas.

We are looking for a Sales Executive (B2C) for our Bangalore office who will focus on client acquisition, lead conversion, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries for domestic & international holidays.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering personalized travel solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package comparisons for clients.
  • Promote seasonal offers, group departures, and new travel products.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support from inquiry to booking to post-travel follow-up.
  • Maintain updated client records in VoyageDesk CRM.
  • Coordination & Operations

  • Work with the backend team to ensure timely confirmations and document delivery.
  • Liaise with vendors, hotels, airlines, and ground partners to secure competitive pricing.
  • Cross-check all travel documents (vouchers, tickets, itineraries) before handover.
  • Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Submit daily / weekly sales reports to the Team Leader / Branch Manager.
  • Participate in local promotions, tie-ups, and marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of popular domestic & international destinations.
  • Good communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages (Kannada preferred).
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2C travel sales preferred (freshers with passion for sales may also apply).
  • Prior experience in Bangalore travel market will be an added advantage.
