We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our online sales team in Bangalore. You will play a critical role in driving outbound sales, converting leads, and delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make 125+ outbound calls daily to potential customers.
- Achieve 50+ connected calls and maintain 3+ hours of daily talk time.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up via phone, email, and chat.
- Explain Even’s healthcare membership plans clearly and persuasively.
- Convert leads to paying customers and meet / exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and status updates in the CRM.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any field.1–3 years of experience in sales (healthcare / insurance experience is a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced work culture.Proficient in CRM tools and online communication platforms.Willingness to work in rotational shifts, with rotational week offs, and Saturday & Sunday as working days.Performance Expectations (Daily KPIs) :
