Business Development Associate Roles - Sales Driven Career Opportunities

Role Overview

We are seeking sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Associates (BDAs), Senior BDAs, or Business Development Managers (BDMs)

The ideal candidate is a graduate with strong communication and negotiation skills, drive to achieve sales targets, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities include contacting company-provided leads, booking counselling sessions, guiding students to suitable courses and universities, and converting enrolments into successful outcomes.

A one-month on-the-job training (OJT) program is provided to qualify for the role, offering a stipend of ₹15,000 and an incentive of ₹2,500 per sale made during OJT.

Upon successful completion of OJT, candidates can expect to be placed in one of three positions based on their sales performance : BDA, Sr. BDA, or BDM, with corresponding compensation packages ranging from ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA.
