Role Summary
This is a full-time,
field-heavy
role based in
Hyderabad . Your primary task is
onboarding Dharmic and Traditional service partners -
temple committees, priests, cultural groups, and curated local vendors; clearly explaining our value proposition; collecting accurate service details and rates; verifying trust signals; and guiding them through a simple signup, activation, and basic promotion flow. You’ll also channel on-ground feedback to the product team and keep listings current and reliable.

Negotiable up to ₹15,000 per month (Depends on Experience)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Plan & acquire :
Map weekly field routes and convert high-fit service partners across priority categories per the internal playbook.
Onboard & activate :
Create / verify listings (services, pricing, availability, photos), collect KYC / bank docs, and train partners on booking and communication flows.
Local marketing :
Run lightweight touchpoints - temples / community hubs, society notices, targeted WhatsApp / Instagram outreach—and capture short testimonials.
Quality & trust :
Verify credentials / references, align on SLAs (response time, punctuality), monitor first jobs, and coach partners toward 5★ outcomes.
Partnerships :
Nurture relationships with temple committees, cultural schools, and event organizers to drive steady referrals.
Insights & reporting :
Own the funnel
signed → activated → first booking → repeat ; report weekly on wins, supply gaps, pricing signals, and seasonality.
Peak readiness :
Provide coverage around festivals / weekends (comp-off provided) to support surge demand.

of our full catalog or internal playbooks.
Qualifications
Deep familiarity with Vedic / traditional practices
and have dharmic event experience in managing community protocols; comfortable engaging respectfully with priests, committee members, and families.
Languages : Fluency in
Telugu
and
English
(Hindi is a strong plus).
1–3 years
in
field sales / onboarding / community outreach
(startup, NGO, or local business).
People skills :
Warm, trustworthy communicator; persuasive without pressure; respectful with elders.
Ops skills :
Checklists, Google Sheets / Drive, WhatsApp Business; basic photo capture and form-fills.
Travel-ready :
2-wheeler + smartphone; okay with selective weekend / festival work (comp-off).

Document verification, consent, and data-handling hygiene
