Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors modules and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective HR processes.

Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on client needs.

Perform data migration and integration activities.

Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors functionality.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Hands-on experience with data migration and integration tools.

SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
