Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Deputy General Manager role specializing in Electrical systems within Facilities Management, located in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing the electrical infrastructure and maintenance within the facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams for efficient operations, managing energy efficiency initiatives, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance, and evaluating system performance. Additionally, the role will require creating reports, managing budgets, and liaising with vendors to maintain equipment and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical systems and facilities management
• Proficiency in project management, vendor management, and budget preparation abilities
• Expertise in safety compliance, maintenance planning, and problem-solving skills related to electrical systems
• Ability to lead teams effectively, manage operations, and address technical challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in a senior-level operational / management role is preferred
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and best practices in facilities management
