Senior Consultant- Tax Advisory & Litigation

About the Role We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) / Lawyer, or a dual-qualified professional with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Indirect Tax. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in tax advisory, litigation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Handle GST reviews and shadow audits independently.

2.

Draft legal opinions on GST, Customs, FTP, and erstwhile indirect tax laws.

3.

Prepare and finalize replies to memos / show cause notices, appeals, and applications before the Authority for Advance Ruling Represent clients before adjudicating authorities including CESTAT / GSTAT.

4.

Draft petitions before High Courts and the Supreme Court.

5.

Brief Senior Counsels on complex matters.

Job Role

Independently manage client queries and provide strategic solutions. Lead business development efforts, maintain client relationships, and pursue potential leads.

Assist in preparing client meeting decks, fee schedules, and retainer agreements.

Guide and mentor junior team members toward meeting client deliverables and internal goals.

Experience in Income Tax, including ITAT and transfer pricing, will be considered a strong
