Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Bengaluru / Mumbai. The Business Development Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including market research, lead generation, and facilitating customer service. The intern will also assist in developing communication strategies and supporting analytical tasks to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Analytical skills for evaluating data and making informed decisions

Strong communication skills for effective interactions with clients and team members

Experience in lead generation and market research

Ability to provide excellent customer service and support

Proactive and self-motivated attitude

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant bachelor's degree program

Familiarity with the technology and asset management sectors is a plus

Available to start in the next 2 weeks

This is a full time role, interns will be converted to full time employees post training.
