Position Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Anantapur. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, eager to identify and connect top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing :

Leverage job boards, social media, and other platforms to source qualified candidates for diverse roles.

Candidate Screening :

Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.

Interview Coordination :

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.

Candidate Communication :

Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.

Database Management :

Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant tracking systems to keep track of candidate progress.

Job Advertising :

Draft and post compelling job descriptions to attract a diverse and talented candidate pool.

Market Research :

Analyze local employment trends and talent pools to support strategic recruitment planning.

Collaboration :

Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and refine the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Prior experience in recruitment or a strong desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
