Our team specializes in building high-converting Shopify and WordPress stores for international clients.

Now, we’re expanding our design team to deliver even more beautiful, brand-aligned websites for our global clients.

About this role :

This role focuses on designing complete Shopify websites — from banners, logos, and product mockups to layout design and color coordination.

You’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging and conversion-focused store designs using your creativity and design expertise.

You’ll also explore Shopify themes, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure every client website looks stunning and professional.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Shopify websites — focus on looks, layout, and colors.
Create logos, banners, and product images using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools.
Use and edit Shopify themes to make websites look attractive.
Make small design changes requested by clients.
Keep learning new design tools, ideas, and shortcuts.
Complete daily design tasks on time and stay organized.

Who can apply :

Graduates only (B.Des, BCA, B.Com, BA, or similar — full-time only, no interns )

Excellent hands-on experience with Canva / Photoshop / Freepik / AI tools

Strong sense of color, layout, typography, and modern web design aesthetics

Basic knowledge of Shopify or website builders (training provided)

Comfortable working with computers, Google Sheets, and file organization tools

Must have a good laptop / PC and stable internet connection

Looking for long-term growth (minimum 1-year commitment)

Self-motivated, disciplined, and open to feedback

Strong communication and time management skills

DISQUALIFIERS : Please DO NOT apply to this position if you :

Don’t have a good PC / Laptop and internet connection

Are currently studying full-time or living in hostels with distractions

Can’t commit 8–9 hours of focused work daily

Are looking for a short-term or part-time job

Struggle with deadlines, feedback, or English communication

Have no hands-on design experience (Canva / Photoshop / AI tools)

Are not comfortable working with computers and online tools

Cannot travel occasionally to our Delhi office (North Delhi – 110052) for training sessions

Outcomes :

10-day target : Learn our design workflow, brand guidelines, and Shopify systems

20-day target : Start designing full Shopify stores with minimal supervision

30-day target : Handle multiple projects independently and qualify for promotion to Design Lead – Shopify Projects
