Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits, call audits, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform call calibration exercises to ensure consistency among team members' performance.
- Utilize QC tools such as 7QC, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality tools to drive process improvements.
- Provide feedback to team members on their performance and suggest training or coaching where necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
