Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end TA strategy and execution across consulting, research, and global business needs.
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and growth.
- Drive niche, high-quality, and fast-paced hiring with an excellent candidate experience.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing TA team.
- Leverage market intelligence, competitor mapping, and innovative sourcing.
- Champion TA tech adoption, automation, AI-driven tools, and diversity hiring.
- Use data to optimize key hiring metrics and outcomes.
- Enhance processes for scalability, efficiency, and change management.
Qualifications :
