Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.

Understand client business goals, objectives, and target audience to align SEO strategies.

Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure timely project execution.

Create, present, and explain SEO performance reports (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.).

Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving attitude.

Monitor SEO campaign progress and proactively suggest optimization strategies.

Ensure timely delivery of SEO audits, keyword research, on-page & off-page strategies.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in

SEO client servicing / digital marketing account management .

Strong understanding of

SEO strategies, tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) .

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
