Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position : Accounts Receivable Executive

Experience : 2–4 Years

Location : Thane (Onsite – 5 Days, Monday to Friday)

Shift Timing : 7 : 00 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Joining : Immediate Joiner Only

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate AR reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
