About the Role

We’re looking for Designers to join our growing creative team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in Figma, is excited about building design systems, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll work closely with producers, editors, and other designers to bring visual ideas to life across digital and social formats.

What You’ll Do

Support in adapting and resizing existing designs across multiple formats
Create and maintain design systems, templates, and layouts on Figma
Collaborate with post-production and marketing teams to deliver assets efficiently
Translate creative briefs into high-quality visuals for web, social, and video applications
Work on Thumbnail creations as per creative brief
Implement feedback accurately and on time, maintaining brand consistency
Experiment with automation and AI tools (if experienced) to streamline workflows
Uphold Creator Engine’s culture of Clarity, Ownership, Alignment, Care, and Future Readiness in day-to-day work

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of design experience in a creative, digital, or post-production environment

Strong skills in Figma (component systems, auto-layout, prototypes, etc.)

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator)

Experience with workflow automation or AI design tools (optional but valued)

A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and adaptability

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take feedback constructively

Passion for visual storytelling, social media, and creative innovation
