We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team and play a key role in managing financial activities and providing support to various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
