Desktop Engineer Level 3

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Desktop Engineer Level 3 position based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include overseeing enterprise desktop infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, and implementing system upgrades. Additional duties involve managing security protocols, maintaining endpoint compliance, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior team members to ensure operational effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize IT systems is an essential part of this role.

Desktop Engineer L3 below and share profiles of immediate joiners (preferably) –

• Minimum 8+ years of IT experience
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting the hardware & software issues.
• Installation & configuration of the IT assets, printer, Audio-Video devices
• Vendor Management, Asset Management, Escalation Management
• Knowledge of SCCM, O365 and Windows 11 upgradation is an advantage.
• Work as an Individual contributor, team player and should oversee all the IT operations.
• Should be available during weekend activities (Server / Network / Vendor)
• Good Communication skills, Languages English, Hindi, Kannada
• Shift timings – 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM IST, Monday to Friday
