Technical Project Manager - Networking

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in leading engineering and technical programs across Networking, Telecom, and Application domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in working with Network Equipment Providers (NEP) and OEMs, with hands-on experience managing complex programs in areas such as Network Operating Systems (NOS), Embedded Systems, Java Applications, and Cloud / DevOps / AI-ML technologies. This role demands a strategic thinker, strong leader, and excellent communicator, capable of overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for technical initiatives in NOS, embedded systems, and Java-based applications (front-end and back-end).
• Drive Agile, Iterative, and Hybrid project delivery models to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, testing, DevOps, cloud engineering, and product management.
• Apply strong domain knowledge in L2 / L3 networking protocols, Java development, AI / ML, and DevOps practices (CI / CD pipelines, Cloud infrastructure).
• Conduct daily stand-ups (DSUs), weekly reviews, and stakeholder communication to track and report progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage all aspects of project planning, including estimation techniques, resource planning, delivery metrics, and SLA adherence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across distributed teams.
• Handle escalations and demonstrate strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ensure effective people management, including performance tracking, training plans, and career development for engineers.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure regular reporting to both internal leadership and customers.
