Mandatory Technical Skill Set

• Design and develop ETL / ELT processes using Matillion for data integration and transformation in cloud environments.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to extract, transform and load data from various sources into cloud data warehouses (e.G., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems.
• Develop and implement solutions for data cleaning, transformation and aggregation.
• Create reusable Matillion components, jobs and templates to streamline processes.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing validation and error-checking mechanisms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Matillion jobs to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of data integration practices, including automation, monitoring and process optimization.
• Adhere to best practices in data governance, security and compliance.
