Role Summary

We are looking for a commercially savvy and operationally driven professional to join BDO Digital as a Commercial Excellence Associate Director. The role focuses on enabling global go-to-market (GTM) collaboration with BDO member firms globally, supporting new business line launches, and ensuring commercial visibility and performance tracking across initiatives. This position will serve as the right hand to senior leadership, bringing analytical rigor, program management discipline, and cross-functional coordination to drive strategic growth.

Role Responsibilities

Lead and manage go-to-market collaboration projects with BDO member firms globally, supporting the setup and scaling of new business lines.

Track project execution across milestones, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and alignment with strategic goals.

Monitor commercial performance post-launch, including revenue realization and cost tracking, to ensure financial health and profitability.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into project progress, risks, and commercial outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, business, tech) to drive operational excellence and resolve bottlenecks.Contribute to building scalable frameworks for commercial governance, reporting, and performance tracking across international initiatives.Be the go to person for all data required on BDO Digital India collaborations with member firms

Key Requirements

MBA (preferably from a top-tier institute); 12–15 years’ experience.

Experience in business operations, program / project management, or sales / commercial ops.

Strong understanding of P&L and financial performance indicators (FP&A knowledge preferred).

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.

Commercial mindset with strong analytical, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in consulting or digital / tech-driven environments.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and business storytelling skills.
