Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and deliver Investor Reporting packages for Private Equity (preferred) and Hedge Fund clients

Develop, validate, and review Investor / LP templates , investor statements, and capital activity reports

Perform and review IRR calculations , MOIC , cash flow analysis, and capital account summaries

Coordinate and manage audit confirmations , investor queries, and mailbox handling

Execute manual monthly / quarterly reporting (not extraction-based)

Oversee LP onboarding , documentation validation, and client communication workflows

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting standards and audit requirements

Contribute to process improvement, quality checks, and operational controls

Mentor or lead team members depending on seniority (Team Manager role involves full team management)

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Investor Reporting (Private Equity preferred)
• Experience reviewing and preparing LP / Investor reporting templates
• Proficiency with IRR, MOIC, cash flows, capital activities
• Exposure to audit confirmations and investor communication workflows
• Experience with manual monthly / quarterly reports
• Strong review ability; team management experience for senior candidates
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
