Monitor HR metrics and suggest improvements. Track HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, diversity, etc. Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards for leadership review.

Benefit Administration :
Administer employee benefits programs (health care, Additional Benefits life insurance, death benefit, etc.).
Educate employees about benefit options and eligibility.
Roll out communication / Refreshers to employees
Process enrolments, changes, and terminations in benefits plans.
Liaise with benefits providers and brokers to resolve issues.
Collaborate and reconcile records with payroll to ensure correct deductions.
Compliance, Governance & manage Audit :
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Manage internal audits, HR risk assessments, and grievance redressals.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for audits and compliance.
