India Law LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent platform to gain hands-on exposure to Human Resources in a professional legal services setup.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees and interns
- Maintain, update, and organize HR databases, records, and documentation
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
- Provide daily operational support to the HR department
Eligibility & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation / post-graduation in HR, Management, or a related disciplineStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesGood organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentialityEagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a corporate HR environmentApplication Process
