State Head - Sales & Marketing (Lubricants)
Salary Offered : Rs.30,000 per month + TA / DA + Sales Commission + Annual Bonus (based on Company Profitability). The Salary will increase based on the volume you generate. You need to achieve the target set for you.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head - Sales & Marketing located for the undermentioned States.

The State Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals as appointed by Distributors / Dealers. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing customer relationships, setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, and providing guidance and support to the sales team to ensure company objectives are met.
Qualifications
Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills
Proficiency in Team Management and leadership skills
Excellent Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and performance data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the lubricants and oils industry is a must
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
