Were Hiring : Senior Software Engineer - AI (Generative AI & LLMs)

Location : Trivandrum (Onsite)

Salary : Up to 13 LPA

Experience : 3-5 years (AI / ML : Immediate joiners or up to 20 days notice

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer AI who is passionate about building and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI applications and Agentic AI systems. Youll work on LLMs, autonomous agents, and AI-driven services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovation into real-world products.

What Youll Do :

Build and deploy AI-driven applications (LLMs, Generative AI).
Design and implement Agentic AI systems for multi-step task execution.
Integrate AI capabilities into products with product, design, and engineering teams.
Write clean, scalable Python code and APIs to support AI deployments.
Own feature delivery end-to-endfrom research to production monitoring.
Stay updated on AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing team culture.

What Were Looking For :

3-6 years of software development, with 3+ years in AI / ML.

Strong in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.

Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and Generative AI (text, image, audio).

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel).

Skilled in deploying ML models to production.

Familiar with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) & prompt engineering.

Comfortable in startup-like, fast-paced environments.

Knowledge of API development, version control, MLOps / DevOps practices.
