About the role : We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can build a high-performance, predictable hiring engine that consistently attracts exceptional talent instead of simply closing requisitions. You will own the hiring strategy end-to-end and partner directly with the Founders and Business Heads to ensure we always have the right people in place to fuel our vision and unlock our next chapter of growth.
Responsibilities :
- Translate org plans into quarterly and monthly hiring plans across product, tech, revenue and central teams
- Lead and mentor the recruiting team, building capability in search strategy, screening excellence, stakeholder partnership, and world-class candidate experience
- Own end to end hiring for critical and leadership roles.
- Design and run a weekly hiring operating rhythm with clear dashboards, reviews, and risk visibility Build and improve recruiting processes and candidate journeys across functions
- Balance internal sourcing, referrals, and vendor partnerships to maximize velocity while maintaining a self-reliant talent engine
- Partner closely with People Ops on offers, compensation, and pre-joining engagement to create a seamless and compelling candidate experience
- Work with founders and the employer branding team on campaigns and content that attract the right talent to Client
- Experiment with AI and automation to speed up sourcing, screening and reporting where it makes sense
