Test Analyst

Summary :

The Supply Chain Management Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of supply chain management systems through rigorous testing processes. This role involves executing the test scripts basis test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, testing methodologies, and a keen eye for detail.

This role will work closely with the bank technology team (TTO) and external partners to ensure and influence the implementation of the highest process workflows standards and customer experience

Responsibilities :

Test Planning and Design :

• Develop test cases based on functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
• Create detailed test scripts for various supply chain management scenarios.
• Identify and prepare test data required for testing activities.
• Co-ordinate and conduct UAT involving test support from vendor teams, internal teams, COEs and GPS
• Reporting management on test status
• Effort / estimation for test execution and support
• Coordinate test environments
• Conduct defect meetings across all parties
