Job descriptionA Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in financial operations , including Travel & Expense administration, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Procurement. Familiarity with audit or compliance functions in GxP or other highly regulated industries. Must-Have Skills : Familiarity with T&E policies and T&E management systems like SAP Concur . A detail-oriented approach with an aptitude for identifying non-compliance. Proficiency in recordkeeping and documentation practices. Good-to-Have Skills : Knowledge of SAP or ServiceNow . Communication : Clear and concise communication skills are essential for documenting findings and collaborating with teams. Time Management : The ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to ensure timely audits. Customer-Centric : A strong customer service mindset to respond to user inquiries and support the broader team.
As an Associate, Expense Audit , you will be responsible for reviewing expense reports to ensure compliance with Amgen's policies. This is a critical role for maintaining internal controls and ensuring the accuracy of employee-submitted expense reports. You will work within a fast-paced environment, performing timely and accurate audits while collaborating with the Customer Success team to resolve user inquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expense Report Auditing : Perform timely and accurate audits of expense reports to identify exceptions and validate compliance.
- Compliance & Reporting : Flag and escalate policy violations and compliance risks. You will document your findings and contribute to audit insights reporting, as well as support the implementation of new audit rules.
- Customer Support : Collaborate with the Customer Success team to respond to user inquiries through ServiceNow . You'll need a customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
