Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Siddharth Alloys. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proven track record of managing electrical systems in a manufacturing / industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical machinery and control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
Lead and mentor junior engineers / technicians, providing technical guidance when needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control panels.

Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Hands-on expertise in handling PLCs, motors, transformers, and industrial power distribution systems.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to steel / metal / alloy manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and cost optimization.

Familiarity with modern industrial automation systems.
