Summary : We are looking for a
Customer Relationship Manager
to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients in the
medical billing and healthcare services
domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Communication & Coordination :
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Respond to queries and ensure timely updates.
Issue Resolution :
Coordinate with internal billing, AR, and technical teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
Account Management :
Track client performance, billing status, deliverables, and escalations.
Reporting :
Share weekly / monthly performance reports with clients using Excel / CRM dashboards.
Retention & Satisfaction :
Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback calls to ensure long-term client engagement.
Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience.
