Ideal candidature would have an End-to-End Project Management & Executive-Level Administrative & Practice Support experience, ideally from the Voice domain and with 10+ years’ experience in a contact centre BPM as a Voice SME ( BPM / BPO Industry is must ) (U.S. Healthcare BPO Domain)

Senior Manager, Engagement Services Practice - Project Management & Practice Support
The Engagement Services Senior Manager, Project Management & Practice Support, is responsible for ensuring the successful execution, tracking, and monitoring of key practice initiatives and providing essential administrative support to practice leadership. This position is responsible for project managing and supporting the completion of various solutions, and for coordinating key operational and strategic activities. The role also involves providing executive-level administrative assistance to practice leads, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management & Execution :
A. Take ownership of the successful tracking and monitoring of the execution of key Engagement Services practice initiatives.
B. Project manage and support the complete lifecycle of large-scale transformation and strategic initiatives, and other related solutions to facilitate the deployment of opportunities, business case development, and proposal generation.
Practice Initiative Coordination & Monitoring :
A. Serve as the central point of coordination for the team, diligently tracking action items and deliverables associated with all Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM) and value delivery initiatives.
B. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, proactively monitor progress against milestones, and identify and address potential risks or issues to ensure timely delivery.
C. Generate regular and insightful reports on project status, highlighting key achievements, potential challenges, and proposed solutions for stakeholders.
Executive-Level Administrative & Practice Support :
A. Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to Engagement Services practice leads, including complex calendar management, seamless meeting scheduling, and meticulous preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
B. Manage internal and external correspondence professionally and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
C. Facilitate the smooth coordination of team events, manage travel arrangements efficiently, and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
D. Undertake additional administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc support to practice leadership as required to enhance their effectiveness and focus on strategic imperatives.
