Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, talent management, and compliance. Responsibilities will also include fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring alignment of human resources with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Conflict Resolution
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Laws
• Skills in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Training
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
