BIM Engineer (CSA)

Are you a detail-oriented and experienced BIM professional passionate about BIM modeling, client coordination, and quality assurance Join our team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, as a Senior BIM Engineer and take the lead on infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Coordination : Serve as the BIM lead for client and consultant communications, and present BIM deliverables during meetings.
• Clash Detection & Resolution : Conduct clash detection using tools like Navisworks, resolve issues across disciplines, and maintain detailed reports.
• BIM Execution Planning (BEP) : Develop and implement project-specific BEPs, define modeling standards, and ensure compliance with client protocols.
• Model Development (LOD 400 & As-Built) : Create fabrication-ready models, integrate vendor-specific details, and develop as-built models based on site inputs.
• Drawing Production : Generate construction and shop drawings, ensure accuracy, and prepare vendor-specific documentation.
• Team Leadership : Allocate tasks, mentor BIM modelers, conduct training, and promote BIM best practices.
• QA / QC Implementation : Implement QA / QC workflows, perform model audits, and validate drawings.
