Support & Integrations Engineer Location : India (Hybrid / Remote)

We are hiring a Support & Integrations Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how e-commerce merchants manage inventory and data.
As one of the first hires in this function, you’ll operate at the intersection of engineering and customer success — helping merchants onboard smoothly, troubleshooting real technical challenges, and building internal tools that enhance customer support efficiency. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines problem-solving, data understanding, and customer empathy.
Responsibilities Provide technical onboarding support to new customers, troubleshooting integration and data issues
Debug API connections, data pipelines, and platform integrations (Shopify and others)
Develop and maintain internal tools that empower the customer success team to work efficiently
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues
Take ownership of recurring problems by identifying root causes and implementing proactive solutions
Requirements 2–4 years of experience in a technical support , solutions engineering , or backend engineering role
Proficiency in Python for scripting or backend debugging (FastAPI experience is a plus)
Strong SQL skills for writing queries and diagnosing data inconsistencies
Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with e-commerce APIs (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and data debugging workflows
Familiarity with ticketing systems and internal support tools
Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and customer success teams
Tech Environment Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, QuestDB, ClickHouse, GCP, Docker, Next.js
Tooling : GitHub, Sentry, Datadog, HubSpot, Zendesk
